Calling all techno-tainment enthusiasts, Best Buy is looking for approximately 200 employees who enjoy technology and entertainment and can help create a fun shopping environment for their customers. The Company is gearing up to open new stores in Richmond Hill and Scarborough, the fourteenth and fifteenth stores for the Greater Toronto Area, in November. The new Richmond Hill store will be located at 225 High Tech Road, in Richmond Hill and the Warden and Eglinton store will be located at 50 Ashtonbee Road, in Scarborough.

Best Buy operates with a complete non-commissioned sales floor which offers customers a unique, no-pressure shopping experience with a variety of interactive displays and a broad selection of name brand electronic products, including the latest digital technology in Home Theatre, Digital Imaging, Home Office, Wireless Communication and Entertainment Software.
Offering a distinctive 'grab and go' atmosphere, Best Buy stores are open with wide aisles, making it fun and easy for customers to see, touch and try out what they want before heading to the checkout. Should they want a little advice, Best Buy's 'Product Specialists' are readily available and focused on helping customers find the products and services that best fit their needs.

Joining the Best Buy Team
Job fairs will be held starting this Monday, August 28th, and will run for 5 weeks ending on Saturday, September 30th. Hours for the job fairs are Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Applicants interested in employment at the new Warden and Eglinton store need to attend the Ontario Science Centre in Scarborough during the above dates and times, and those interested in the Richmond Hill store opportunities, the Staybridge Suites in Richmond Hill.

Candidates should have their social insurance number on hand. The online application process takes approximately 20-30 minutes and candidates are notified if they meet employment requirements right away.
