For security reasons, the identity of the Unnamed Major Construction Company ("UMCC") will remain confidential.


TOTAL UMCC POTENTIAL INSTALLATIONS AS HIGH AS 500 IN 2006


Conditional on the successful realization of pre-determined performance metrics during phase 1, the UMCC may implement up to an additional 450 units of SentinelFM during the course of 2006. Some of those metrics include robust reporting, two way communications with the onboard intelligent vehicle tracking device and ability to control security, abuse of vehicle idling duration and other cost and safety efficiencies. BSM's ability to already deliver on these requirements served as the basis for its selection by the UMCC.
