RECENT SALES AND INCREASED EXPOSURE TRIGGER MOVE


This move is a direct result of the company's mandate to further its sales initiatives. Over the last quarter the company has announced significant contracts with Bantek West Inc. and Vandermarel Trucking and others previously announced. In fact the company has doubled its sales force in Canada & US to handle the increased exposure that has arisen from these deals featuring the Sentinel FM product.


NEW FACILITY QUADRUPLES IN SIZE


The new facility that is located just north of Toronto, Ontario in Woodbridge is Quadruple the size of the old Mississauga location. In addition to the increased sales staff, the new facility will provide increased capability for order fulfillment, including: product assembly, automated testing, product repair, warehousing and shipping and receiving. The expansion will provide improved fulfillment and support services for all of BSM products.
