ClipSyndicate enables broadcasters and other video content producers to realize new revenue streams and extend their brand into the "Long Tail" of the Internet by syndicating video clips to thousands of vertical web sites looking for specific content of interest for their end-users. Web site publishers are able to publish fully licensed, authoritative video clips within seconds, and receive a portion of advertising revenue.

ClipSyndicate has partnered with DoubleClick to provide advanced ad- serving technologies to facilitate the development and execution of ad campaigns across ClipSyndicate's growing network of video web publishers. The integration of DoubleClick's DART for Publishers (DFP) tool will allow ClipSyndicate to leverage state-of-the-art ad serving, management, and reporting technologies to strategically package and deliver solutions to advertisers and web publishers in its network.
ClipSyndicate has also signed a deal with Limelight Networks to provide a highly scalable content delivery network to ensure virtually unlimited capacity for distribution of digital video content to audiences around the world. The Limelight CDN will ensure a robust, high-quality media experience for all digital media available through ClipSyndicate. Limelight includes a 100% CDN Service Level Agreement, enabling the ClipSyndicate platform to unfailingly serve richer, more engaging content to audiences of any size.
In addition, ClipSyndicate has entered into a multi-year license agreement with IBM Research for its speech to text translation solution. Unavailable to the general public, IBM's TALES technology processes the audio signal from video and translates the spoken content into English text. ClipSyndicate's implementation of IBM TALES software represents the first implementation of a speaker-independent, large-vocabulary speech-to-text system, specialized for monitoring broadcast sources in a web-based search platform.
