This system will tie together all the centers and speed up the entire process in which a patient is managed. In addition the billing process will now be completely done through a paperless electronic method reducing billing time significantly. Payments from insurance companies will be made to us in a third of the time. Overall billing cost will be reduced dramatically. This technology will also give us the ability to go wireless with regard to patient charts and information and increase the privacy of our patient population. Another major step forward is that this technology will allow us to now produce our own patient ID card with photo. Each patient will be issued the photo ID card upon the completion of their visit. The attractive credit card-sized ID will be a reminder of who to visit when the need should arise.
