MediaMax Technology Corp. (OTC BB: MMXT) hasagreed to a Joint Venture with InMOD Solutions, Inc. to offer digitalenhancement, marketing and anti-piracy solutions for optical and digitalcontent.

InMOD Solutions will market and sell various co-branded MediaMax componentsdeveloped by SunnComm International Inc. (OTC: SCMI) to their existingretail and entertainment industry contacts and prospective customers. Thecompanies will work together to identify new products and to expand themarkets for MediaMax enhancement, marketing and content protectioncomponents. MediaMax Technology will function as InMOD's Optical andDigital Media specialist, providing service and support for the integrationand distribution of content electronically, on CDs and DVDs. The strategicpartnership will provide users with a robust content choice that can bedynamically updated and will provide customers with a wide spectrum oftargeted marketing and customer relationship opportunities includingcutting-edge viral marketing solutions.
