Mary Sue Coleman, President of the University of Michigan, will discuss: "Not Your Father's Space Race: Helping America Compete Through Collaboration"


Innovation challenges the United States is facing in terms of standing in science and technology, as a nation. Specific examples will include focuses upon Embryonic Stem Cell research and the Univ. of Michigan's Google Library Digitization Project. President Coleman will also be able to address innovation challenges in the context of global innovation issues that are having an impact upon the North American manufacturing industry, especially in Michigan.
