Having on May 12, 2006 acquired over ten promising new technologies as part of the closing of the Asset Purchase Agreement, the Company is today announcing the following changes to its Management team.
MICHEL P. CODERRE C.A. LL.B, Executive Vice-President, Strategic Affairs

A lawyer and a Chartered accountant, Mr. Coderre co-founded Zecotek Holdings in 2002 with Dr. Zerrouk as well as Zecotek's scientists. Prior to this, Mr. Coderre spent 15 years as a corporate and tax attorney with major international law firms, including three years as Managing Partner of the Montreal office of Coudert Brothers. Prior to this, he acted as special assistant to the federal Deputy Minister of Finance, as well as a professional accountant with the international firm Ernst & Young. Presently a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. Coderre will as Executive Vice-President, Strategic Affairs work closely with Dr. Zerrouk in shaping strategic matters pertaining to the direction of the Company's operations and will have a direct role in commercial implementation, including developing and entering into strategic alliances and major business relationships.
DR. STEPHEN ROWE, Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer

Presently acting as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operations Officer of the Company as well as a member of its scientific advisory Board, Dr. Rowe has agreed to assume the position of Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Rowe's primary responsibilities will be to assist Dr. Zerrouk in selecting new technologies, business planning, and the direction the Company's technological development and product applications. Dr. Rowe will also assist in the qualification of third-party manufacturing partnerships and manage the Company's intellectual property processes and filings. Dr. Rowe comes to this position with substantial experience. Prior to first joining the Company, he worked in Silicon Valley as an innovation management consultant and in this capacity assisted management of high-tech companies and investors to develop solutions to complex problems in business planning and development and managing intellectual property. Previously, Dr. Rowe was Managing Director of the innovation management practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and previously worked in executive product and business development positions at Xerox, IBM and other ventures in Silicon Valley. He was instrumental to several product launches including, scanners, copiers, imaging workstations, optical data links and the world's first laser printer.
MR. DAVID E. WYNNE, Chief Operations Officer (SINGAPORE) and
Vice-President, Business Development (Imaging)

Presently a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mr. David Wynne has agreed to assume the position of Chief Operations Officer of the Company's newly-announced worldwide operational headquarters in Singapore. In this capacity, Mr. Wynne will oversee operational matters pertaining to the formal establishment and general management of the Company's three operating divisions in Singapore, namely imaging, lasers and 3D, and will in so doing manage finance, personnel and general administration for these divisions. Mr. Wynne will in addition act as Vice-President, Business Development of the Company's imaging division in Singapore. Mr. Wynne has over twenty-five years experience in international business development, venture capital, finance and operations. He is currently a partner at Upstream Ventures, a Singapore venture capital firm. He was previously founder, COO and Chief Business Officer at MerLion Pharmaceuticals, a Singapore-based drug discovery company which he co-founded in 2001. Previously he was Senior VP and a Board representative of Transpac Capital, one of Asia's oldest and largest venture capital companies. Mr. Wynne has served on the Executive Board of the Singapore Venture Capital Association and is presently on the Executive Committee of the Singapore Biotech Association. Before entering the private sector he served as a senior diplomat for Canada in Korea, Japan and Singapore, and in APEC where he served as Canada's representative to the APEC Budget and Administration Committee and as the Canadian Deputy Chair of the Economic Committee.
GRANT MACDONALD, EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Presently a member of the Board of Directors as well as a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Grant MacDonald will continue to ably serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company where he oversees all of the Company's financial and regulatory matters.
SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD

In order to receive timely advice on technology directions, selection and development, the Company is honoured to welcome two distinguished and esteemed members to its Scientific Advisory Board. The Scientific Advisory Board will be chaired by Dr. Faouzi Zerrouk (Chairman, President and CEO of the Company) and will include as well Dr. Stephen Rowe (Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer).
Dr. Thomas Lewellen

Dr. Lewellen, considered the leading researcher in the field of high resolution PET system development, obtained his doctorate in Experimental Nuclear Physics from the University of Washington in Seattle. He currently holds the position of Director, Physics and Instrumentation Development as well as Professor of Radiology at the University of Washington and is also an Adjunct Professor of Electrical Engineering and Bioengineering. He is conducting advanced research in the area of position-sensitive PET scanners. Moreover, Dr. Lewellen has been and is a principal investigator for many NIH grants in the areas of PET and SPECT development, simulations of imaging systems, and improvement of image quality. Dr. Lewellen has also conducted contract research and consulting for several major corporations, including most of the major medical imaging companies. Dr. Lewellen has received various honours from the National Honors Physics Society, NASA, and the National Mathematical Honors Society among others. This year, he chaired the 2005 Nuclear Science Symposium (NSS) and Medical Imaging Conference (MIC) held in Puerto Rico.
Dr. Thomas Tiedje

Dr. Tiedje is a Professor of Physics and Astronomy and Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia (UBC). In recognition of his important work, he was awarded a fellow of the American Physical Society and the Royal Society of Canada. Dr. Tiedje has conducted extensive research in the area of new semi-conductor materials. He presently heads the Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) lab at UBC where advanced research is currently focused on the growth of epitaxial films and the fabrication of optoelectronic devices from compound semiconductors. Under Dr. Tiedje's leadership the MBE lab has pioneered the use of diffuse light scattering for monitoring surface morphology and substrate temperature in real time. Dr. Tiedje's contribution to the Company will be invaluable in relation to the Company's laser division, among others.
